Dog's teeth and tarter Petzlife ..?

Who ever the oral care gel Petzlife? Suppose that gets RID of tartar and others, but I used it for about two weeks days without effect either .. In fact, seems a little worse! I brush my teeth a few times a week because even though I once with the Petzlife. Also is there a way to have someone to clean a dog's teeth without anesthesia? I live in LA area .. My dog is allowed to make things in his mouth .. Someone has to , To get up at him, but she does not bite or anything. I cleaned my teeth and I had someone else do it, and she was with him in order. Anyway, who knows that a another product of tartar get free dog? Or a good plan for the removal of tartar? Or help at all? Lol Thanks in advance. Oh yes, and no, if it does not eat dry food, and will not. She eats homemade meals, and chewing on some shoes, a few cows once a week. This is to chew in the department. We use gel Maxigard our practice. Petzlife never heard. Maxigard kills bacteria and makes the plate. It may take months to soften the tartar.
